About
I’m Bekah, a Transformational Life Coach dedicated to helping you create the life you desire. You may not know what to change in your life, but you do know it’s not the one you want. Maybe there’s fear holding you back, or you don’t have the tools to take action toward your goals and dreams. How do I know this? I’ve been there too.
The Untruth
Before I discovered who I am and what I want to do with my life, I spent ten years in unfulfilling jobs that were out of alignment with my purpose. As a curious life-long learner, I had always looked outside myself for the answers to these big-picture questions. As an overachiever, I believed the left-brained, logical path was the only way to succeed. I chose to major in chemistry because I couldn’t fathom using my hard-earned scholarships to pursue anything but the safe path.
As I settled into working the daily 9 to 5, my endless striving to achieve kept me too busy, stressed, and distracted to address the void I felt. Whenever I found a moment to explore the feeling that something important was missing from my life, I felt lost and confused. After all, I had checked all the boxes and done everything I thought I needed to do to be successful.
I remember sitting in my office, wishing I was anywhere but there, and thinking that having an enjoyable job was a luxury only available to a select few people. But part of me kept saying, “There must be more to life than this. I can’t keep spinning my wheels and waiting until retirement to live fully.” At the same time, my all-or-nothing mindset caused me to abandon playing music. I would look over at the instruments collecting dust in my music room and tell myself I didn’t have the time, and I had to be practical.
The Wake-Up Call
Mortality shocked me out of living on autopilot when my loved ones passed away. Envisioning my future self filled with regret made me realize I could no longer bear to put all my energy into unfulfilling work or allow my creative energy to go unspent. I realized purpose is a necessity and not a luxury and took deliberate action to reinvent my life.
The Reinvention
Through years of personal growth, I learned how to identify and release what held me back from being true to my authentic self. I realized I had absorbed several limiting beliefs and was fitting myself into a mold that no longer worked for me. I intentionally worked to unleash my mindset from its subconscious programming and consciously cultivate the beliefs I desired.
I practiced meditation and developed the capacity to tune in and listen to myself rather than always seeking answers from the outside. I saw how externalizing my focus and invalidating myself led to living out of alignment. I took courses, read books, and used assessments to explore how to combine my strengths with things I enjoyed.
The Irie Life
Through this process, I discovered my purpose to connect with and help others who want to become the highest version of themselves based on their definition of success. This led me to become an Associate Certified Coach and create the Reinvent My Reality program.

My inner transformation was paralleled by an outer transformation. I reversed my health habits and made self-care a priority. I also learned the ukulele and reignited my love of playing music, which has invigorated me with unparalleled joy and passion. I’m grateful I started this process when I did because clarity has replaced my uncertainty, work is exciting and meaningful, and life flows with ease.
Are you done waiting for “someday” to live your best life? Are you ready to become the best version of yourself? It is no mistake that you’re reading this now. It is never too late to change your life, but you have to start. Start now and schedule a free discovery call with me today!

“The first thing you notice about Bekah is her pleasant demeanor. She has a way of creating a calm, inviting environment.
She doesn’t bombard you with questions, instead she opens space to allow you to explore. When she does add to the space, her comments are respectful, well timed, nuggets of gold.

“Bekah is a force to be reckoned with and wise beyond her years. She has been coaching me for about 6 months and has helped me navigate some big challenges.
We always get to the heart of the matter very quickly and she’s great at seeing aspects of a situation I don’t (which is why a good coach is priceless). She is a very good listener with keen insights that help bring out solutions I wouldn’t have come up with on my own.
Her gentle questioning and compassion create a very safe space to share whatever is on my mind and heart. I highly recommend Bekah as a life coach.”
